Teen smoking rates are up in the U.S. Sure, cigarettes kill, but so what? For teens, the key is what your friends think of you.
Now that's a disciplined approach to ignoring risk. We adults are wimpy by comparison; we just figure that what you don't know can't hurt you, as far as you know.
