Here's my plan. The U.S. military can be safely withdrawn from Iraq, and all we have to do is tell Dick Cheney about the great jackalope hunting there. It's 100% upside:
- With only one high-profile target, insurgent activity will
be easier to control.
- Just as many insurgents will be shot as ever.
- Unreliable intelligence reports will no longer matter.
- When Cheney complains about the accomodations, a higher
priority will be given to infrastructure projects.
- Nobody that Americans care about will be in danger.
