Earthly Concerns
Ever since Percival Lowell saw cannoli on Mars, epicures have hungered to discover fine dining on other planets. These few, dedicated eaters kept the dream warm through many decades, until finally today astrogastronomes partake of a respected scientific discipline. Isn't it weird what people care about?
