windsock: Hot winds are blowing against the surge.

Bush: What about the other points?
windsock: Nobody noticed.

Bush: Hmm, I remember signing the order....
windsock: But the bottom line is, most people don't
think it will work.
Bush: Gosh darn it all, nobody wants to pay for the
silver bullet.
