It's obvious once you see it. By default, every Windows computer should publish the user's documents to the web. Look how many goals Microsoft would meet: Total surveillance of user activity. Immunity from security complaints ("the user chose not to click on Disable Communication"). Best of all, Google would have to blow a fortune on indexing the larger internet.
