Civilization is encroaching on the territory of the Yanomami Indians of Brazil. The Yanomami have a brutal culture in which the social status of a man depends on his fierceness (women don’t count). They conduct constant warfare among themselves.

If they lived in Omaha, social activists would call for the eradication of their way of life. Unfortunately, they live in the jungle instead.
