13 February 1999 - global justice

The world needs an effective global justice system to control rogue states and vigilante states. The World Court is ineffective, so in the spirit of selflessness, I volunteer. Of course a high court must have the power to issue orders and reform unjust systems, but it’s OK because I’ll call myself “People’s Judge” rather than “Chief High President for Life and King of Kings”. Justice must be backed up with force, as courts are backed up with police, so to keep nasty nations in line I’ll need my own army, plus a few surplus nuclear missiles from Russia.

It’s the easy answer! If anybody survives the little wars of justice, then for the first time in history the whole world will be civilized.
