16 March 1999 - half guilty

This court rules that the intent of the legislature was to reach an acceptable political compromise by avoiding any concrete definition of the offense. The defendant is therefore found half-guilty. The right half is sentenced to thirty days in prison. The left or liberal half is free to go.
