10 April 1999 - total blindness

There are two kinds of people. Most of us, like used car buyers and Bill Clinton, are partially blind. We move carefully through a world of obstacles, hoping we can avoid the hazards by paying close attention. A few, like used car sellers and Slobodan Milosevic, are totally blind. They step confidently forward and have permanent shin bruises.
