If money didn’t exist and all trading were illegal, the only market would be the black market. We would lose economies of scale but soon come to live in an E.F. Schumacher paradise. Then in the next generation the people here would have forgotten how to get along with the people there and it would all be destroyed by war. Hmm, maybe the opposite plan is better; goods should be illegal and only money allowed.
