Everything in existence is either primordial—created in the Big Bang, like taxation—or is made ultimately of primordial ingredients, which may perhaps have gone a little stale over the eons. But in any case, the Big Bang created nothing but debris; we live in a world made entirely of junk. Thus a department store and a flea market are essentially the same.
