Eugenics Made Simple

The survival of a species depends in part on its genetic diversity. Human biodiversity is concentrated in Africa, the cradle of the race, where there is more genetic variation than in the rest of the world combined. AIDS, malaria, and other endemic diseases and parasites promote further diversification by natural selection. In other words, current foreign aid policy is nearly optimal for ensuring human survival.
