Standardization works great for electrons and pretty well for atoms, but it starts to break down already at the level of complex molecules. So if you try to standardize a business process, you should expect that, run as you may and no matter how the Earth spins under your feet, your goal will remain beyond the horizon. And isn’t that what business is all about?
