Sun Tzu said that when you’re weak you should act strong. China lately has been acting superstrong, tagging every nearby border, island, and some entire seas with ubiquitin for later digestion so that China can become ubiquitous. They must be covering a weakness, and I suspect I know what it is. They have finally grasped a second level of deception that Sun Tzu never realized, self-deception.
