18 May 2014 - dead at birth

When I am king of the world, babies will be declared dead at birth. That gets the mourning over with right off, and even better, it’s rare for someone who’s been declared dead to die, so my loyal new population will be long-lived. My government will be a democracy, though of course the dead will not be allowed to vote.
