What we have here is a golden opportunity. As you all know, crime rates have been decreasing, and it’s not because of demographics or lead exposure or some such hooey, it’s because we in this room are doing such a great job. Right? Yeahhhhhhh! So what do we do about budget cutters? We know what to do, right? Yeahhhhh! Now let’s get out there and incite that riot!
