Learn Bureaucratese!

Lesson 6: Each organization has its own dialect of bureaucratese. It’s best if you can get the local regulations and policies down cold, but if your memory is not so hot, you can make it up as you go along. Maintain an air of authority as you explain, “Well, according to Interdepartmental Coordination Directive 12,345, that’s outside my sphere of responsibility.”
