Heart attacks are more common in the winter and more dangerous at night. Real estate investors, take note; there is a way to keep your heart healthy by avoiding both winter and night. All you have to do is live north of the Arctic Circle in the northern summer and south of the Antarctic Circle in the southern summer to bask year-round in the midnight sun.
