Somewhere out in the Atlantic the hurricanes have established a meeting room where they discuss strategy. “Pssst! Florida’s prepared, this is Gulf Coast year!” Now that they’ve learned to plan ahead, I have to wonder—what do they have in store for when everybody’s prepared?
